California Costumes Women's True Colors Wig

This wig is sooo awesome looking and it has good filler, meaning you can't see thru to the scalp cap. The hair is mostly matted which aids in that regard. I rated it as fitting somewhat small only because I have a LOT of hair. Almost all wigs fit me somewhat small, but I think it would fit a person who regularly buys volumizing shampoo really well. I stay away from volumizing products.

I know it's a costume wig, but come on. This is probably the worst manufactured wig I have ever laid my eyes upon. There are almost two inch gaps between each layer of hair, and the base shows through terribly. The picture is very deceiving. I thought it was going to be a big, full, 80's rocker chick wig, but what i got was a thin, flat, sad excuse for a clown wig. AVOID THIS WIG AT ALL COSTS.

The wig fit well, looked great and pulled off the Cyndi Lauper look off perfectly!

The fit wa ok. The fit good. The quality overall was a lower than I thought it would be.

This is the worst looking wig I’ve ever seen. So cheap! It looks like a clown wig and does not look like Cyndi Lauper. I ended up doing a different costume instead of wearing this wig.

Unfortunately, if you want to be Cyndi Lauper for Halloween, this wig is pretty much the only game in town - unless you have long hair and don’t mind shaving part of your head. The quality of this wig is nonexistent. Either someone who does not care about their job at all or was really drunk put this thing together. There are places where the hair is stitched around into the inside of the wig, there are places where the rows of hair are stitched very close together and others were very far apart. Also, there is no “stretch” to this wig at all., meaning if it’s the right size for your head, great it might not fall off; if you have a smaller head, you are definitely going to need wig clips or something to keep this thing in place. Additionally, while in the photo it looks curly it’s really just a giant rat’s nest. I actually separated each row of hair, set my iron on nylon, and ironed the wig out to smooth it down. It does look much better now. And I’m going to put a hat on top of it to hide the worst of it. Still, it’s for one night, so it’s fine; but if this was something I’d want to wear more than once or was trying to be a “professional” Cyndi Lauper impersonator, this is not the wig I would buy

Colours are vibrant just like the ad and it arrived quickly. Slicked my hair back and used many many bobby pins to get the affect. Not too hot and stayed on while dancing. Wore it for 80's new years party - was awesome! My daughter has her eyes on it now :)
