Overall its a solid strap system. My only reason for knocking it down to 4/5 stars is that once you get to the mountain it can be a little bulky rolled up and place in your jacket pocket. Other than that I liked it and will continue using.

I set it at 4 stars for lack of a strap for poles. Otherwise this works great.
