The mask is a snug fit . The thickness of the mask is enough to convince you that this is a good quality mask. The bands unfortunately are a little short , so that will make it a slightly snug fit and if you are in a tropical area or state, then there is a good chance that this will make you feel constricted . The heat will drive you mad, so if you are wearing an additional mask over this, it may not be comfortable .Overall, do try it. It is a good mask.
