I love the fact that the supplement is metered. Do not listen to the other reviews who evidently are so busy they don’t have a few seconds to wait for this wonderful d3 k2 to meter out. I recently bought a different d2 k3 from a superstore, only because I was out and saw it there. What a mistake!!! This different brand has a dropper but is absolutely horrible taste wise. Do yourself a favor. Stick with Thorne. No taste. Easy to use. Wonderful benefits. I have bought Thorne vitamin d3 k2 many times in the past. Perfect every time.

Best supplement I've ever used. This product delivers all of the benefits Vitamin D supplementation is supposed to deliver, from energy levels to joint pain. I use 10 drops twice a day with food at breakfast and lunch. Life changing impact since I don't get a lot of sun. Takes a couple of hours to kick in. Gives me plenty of energy. I now understand how people get through the day without tons of caffeine. Very neutral taste.

Great product. Very good for mood and energy. Surprisingly very easy and good dropper. Super easy to dose by drop. I just tilt it to the side and it starts dropping a couple seconds later. It says do not refrigerate just keep it in a cool dry place. No taste or smell. Way better than generic or prescription.

Does not really have a taste. Will update in a few months to see if this increased my vitamin D levels. I like this brand because it’s high quality. Research about taking vit D, you must take it with vit K for absorption.

These are high quality vitamins and supplement a very important vitamin that many people are deficient in. Also with the small dose the value is actually quite excellent. I've noticed improvements to my mood, anxiety issues, joints, and overall health since taking them. I just wish the bottle was maybe a squeeze bottle somehow. It's a hard bottle and the dropper lid just doesn't work well to dispense the vitamin oil. I have to tilt my head all the way back and it just feels like it takes forever to get a few drops out. The drops are very small so if you're not very deliberate to make sure they fall onto your tongue or back of your mouth you might not even be sure they dispensed. If they are able to develop a better dosage method these would be perfect.

This is really good Vitamin D and k. I prefer the liquid to pills. It tastes ok. I add it to smoothies and sometimes to honey. But it’s fine on its own. It’s a very effective staple in my household. And a good value.

Short version:No side effects, blood work showed optimal vitamin d levels when previously deficient after taking three drops a day.Long version:Before I started taking this supplement, my blood work showed that I was extremely deficient in vitamin D. Other brands of pills made me nauseous and gave me very bad headaches. I’m also diabetic so all the sugar free gummies I tried upset my stomach. I took these as a Hail Mary and started with one drop a day for a week. I proceeded to two drops, and now I take three drops a day. I’m very consistent and take them every day with a meal and my other prescription pills. My blood work now shows optimal levels, and I’m nowhere near overdose or high levels. I will continue to monitor but so far I’m just sitting in a good range. I was worried because the drops are so small and taste like nothing, that nothing was really happening internally, I also wasn’t experiencing any negative side effects and it seemed too good to be true, but bloodwork proves they’re working wonderfully. I feel less tired throughout the day and my dark circles around my eyes seemed to have lightened a little bit.

Vitamin D is the one the vitamins that MOST humans , especially in the western hemisphere, are deficient in. I think something like 80% of Americans are Vitamin D deficient.This supplement is great for a bunch of reasons.1) TONS of doses in one tiny bottle. 600+ doses in a bottle smaller than pocket-sized hand sanitizer.2) EXTREMELY affordable - considering you get 600 doses.3) The delivery mechanism is WONDERFUL. I was worried because some reviews said the drops didn't come out easily. They must have had a defective bottle, or weren't turning the bottle completely upside down. It works perfectly.Make sure you turn the bottle COMPLETELY upside down. Then let 1-2 drops come out. The liquid is tasteless, odorless - so you can put it whatever you want.Protip: Vitamin D is fat soluble, unlike Vitamin C.....so you can just a larger dose a few times a week.....or you can take it daily, since it builds up!This is great because I give my elderly mother and my son doses from this bottle.....and I don't have to do it every single day like I do for myself. I just give them about 4-6 drops every 5 days or so.
