What does this do exactly. It doesn't help where I hoped it would help. Too late to send back as threw away the packaging.

Sciatica is a real pain. I’ve tried several things to help deal with it all with various levels of success. This simple but effect device works wonders. A quick 5 minutes pressure on the back of my calf gives me around 2 hours relief (plenty of time to enjoy a few beers with friends in the pub). Yes, the pressure is a little uncomfortable but well worth it. Would be great if they did a plastic version so that you could fly with it.

Excellent sturdy product, useful for myofascial release. I used this around my knee and gently on my kneecap, which had been a constant pain for quite sometime. This little item produced a miracle - so much so that I bought two of these (one for travel, the other for home).

The acupressure pen is proving very useful, especially as I have an arthritic right thumb. Using the pen takes pressure away from having to use my thumb when doing hand reflexology.
