I bought it as a gift for my brother that is a chef, he loved it!

This book is very well written, which tells you that a significant amount of quality research was done to publish it. The recipes are well arranged, the ingredients and the instructions for each recipe are well detailed and very easy to follow. To Virgilio and his team my heartfelt congrats for an excellent job in researching and publish this great cookbook!!

Grande quantité de recettes qui sont excellente. J ai longtemps cherché un Livre qui soit fidèle à ce que j ai pu gouter lors de mes voyages c est chose faire grace à ce formidable ouvrage.Quelques ingredients difficiles à trouver mais surement possible en ligne.Un Gros +: les cups, oz etc sont converti en g et ml

The recipes in this book are wonderful.I’m looking forward to using this book for a long, long time!

Not as good as Gran Covina Latina.
