Why tons of sugar in sugar free recipes??
All recipes have been taken from other peoples blogs etc. Gremlins must live in authors keyboard what does "add checking bat and mix well" mean??? and when making a sausage and herb stuffing what does "bread for 1-2 hours and serve warm" mean?? and why is there granulated sugar in the sugar free recipes i.e sugar free gingerbread men has 4tbsp of granulated sugar the sugar free berry tart has 2tbsp of granulated sugar why??? sugar is sugar granulated or not its still sugar what the heck is a broiler??? what are scallions?? and how do you weigh 1kg of chicken stock?? thought this book is a UK one?? clearly not the recipes seem interesting but as there are no pics of finished food perhaps because they don't want you to see just how bad the end result is going to look and as these are from other peoples blogs then there's a good chance none of these recipes will turn out ok they haven't ever been tried by anyone they're all mainly guess work other than that the book is great (not)

Good cook book
Very clear and easy to understand. Only one problem some of the ingredients are hard to get in England. I like the break down and the menu value in values

Great read!!! Highly recommend
I am in love with this book! This book is providing you with a number of recipes that you had never seen in different websites and books. The author tried to modify classical delicious recipes and customize them somehow to make it easier for the user to lose weight. I used this book as my main source of the low-carb diet for some weeks now and all I have to say is that not only me but other members of my family are enjoying these dishes to the last. This plan has the advantage of being customized, letting you eat the amounts that best suit your body's demands. It also allows you to pick which carbohydrates to consume (fruit and vegetables, eggs, whole grains, nuts, and nuts) rather than being on a diet that instructs you what to eat and when. Because this book offers restaurant-quality dishes and desserts, I can not see any reason to go out to restaurants and spend extra money. As a single parent with older children, this cookbook has been a wonderful addition to my kitchen because I no longer waste food. This gives me the freedom to modify a dish depending on which kid is expected to arrive home for lunch because we all know our children have differing interests. Also fancy ingredients are absent in this book, so you can just go to shop one time and use them for 2-3 times ! Every recipe I've tested has been simple to execute, and the end result has been delicious that even my pickiest eater enjoys. It's excellent for someone who enjoys independence and does not want to waste time tracking carbohydrates. It changes your body's fuel-burning engine to lose more weight and to have a healthier life. One important advantage is that you may lose a substantial amount of weight rapidly, which can be initially motivating to see such rapid results. Cooking suggestions and variations are usually given. People who are less experienced in the kitchen may need to give themselves a little more time to figure out what lime zest is or how to spiralize zucchini, but nothing in this book is complex. I consider it a huge success when you can cook something nutritious and delicious in 30 minutes or less. This book gives a fundamental introduction of a low carb diet, as well as a list of goods to keep in a low-carb pantry and low carb alternatives for everyday meals. Each recipe is surprisingly simple to follow and provides a list of ingredients, prep and cooking times that are mostly correct.

Loved it!
After all these years of listening to dietitians and scientists who have made erroneous and misleading statements regarding eating styles such as low carb. I only wish I had discovered the book earlier. My spouse observed that anytime he had food containing sugar, his legs would ache immediately thereafter, and he has always had restless legs. So I began investigating and discovered other bloggers who had found relief with a low-carb diet and now when I read this book, I discovered everything about this diet, plus 365 useful and tasty recipes that everyone in the family can enjoy. Since we used this book together, we found out that this book confirms what we wanted to know about the diet. I am 50 years old and have attributed many of my bodily pains due to ageing. Surprisingly, after going low carb, I've never felt younger. I have more energy, eat less, and my triglycerides have never been lower! I feel so compelled to read books like this one because the advice for low carb diets has become so entrenched in our culture that I am still afraid that I am causing harm to my body, despite the fact that I feel wonderful and my lipid panels and blood pressure are normal. So I think the best idea to stay on track is to cook all of the dishes in the book and try to maintain it through a whole year to observe the final results. It's now possible for me to spend many hours without eating and yet accomplish something physically active. This book is well-written and enjoyable to read. I enjoyed the authors' incorporation of scientific evidence and real-life examples that led to their findings. If you're curious in why and how things work, this book will provide you with fascinating insights. The book is an utter delight to read; it stays extremely true to its topic and conveys everything in a really nice manner. Furthermore, it supplies you with a massive new database to make your own claim and defend low carb nutrition! Overall, this is an interesting, insightful, informative, and well-presented book that goes further than anything else I've read in this subject. Anyway, I'm not going back - I'm going to stay ketogenic until I see a reason not to since the advantages are too amazing.
