After talking to a coworker about how gel heel inserts "cured" heel spurs for me a few years back, I decided to look for a similar product for the ball of foot. These inserts arrived last evening. This morning, I was dreading going to the store -- I could barely put pressure on my toe area! Remembering the inserts, I slipped them into my Sketchers and after only 3-4 steps, I was amazed that the pain was nearly gone. They are thin enough to fit comfortably in my shoes without squeezing my feet.After making my pain-free trip to the store, I came home thinking not about my achy feet but getting some chores done and perhaps even cleaning the basement! I wanted to change my shoes but the minute I took a step without shoes to get other pair, the pain came back immediately! Put inserts into my "work" sneakers and BAM! Pain gone again! Just purchased 2 more pair! So happy I found this product!!

The product is OK; but they are a little thin. I bught themThey are a little thin. I bought them to help with one foot being a 1/2 size smaller then the other foot.The other inserts in the past have been thicker and work better.OK for the cheap price; but won't buy again.

I bought these for my daughter. She is a dancer who sometimes suffers from metatarsal pain. This are very thin and flexable. She loves these because she can point and flex the same as if they weren't in her shoes, but it just adds that cushion she needs to not inflame her feet. They can aso be trimmed to fit.

They are a necessity if you have to wear heels occasionally. Or if you have ever ordered shoes online only to discover that you love them, but they are a skosh too big. Slide these babies in and walk comfortably. They're inexpensive; buy a few and keep in the closet.

I have found that small items like these can make or break any pair of shoes and are worth the investment. I'm really comfortable wearing heels, but different footbeds in different shoes can be uncomfortable. Sometimes more comfortable shoes just aren't an option. These don't change the fit but make a big difference in comfort and the amount of tie I can stand around in certain shoes.

Not entirely what I expected. For a size 6 ladies shoe the cobpverage would probably be adequate. For size 10 it seems like a tiny bit of gel comfort added. The directions are super tiny; you will need a magnifying glass to read it. The gel has an imprint of a foot so you know which is which but the odd shape doesn't seem to line up with typical soles of shoes. I'd try Dr Sholl's instead.

Ordered these, along with the "everyday heels" and "extreme heels" versions to see if these make an improvement in the comfort of my favourite shoes and heels.Product arrived quickly and was packaged well. The package for these insoles have a nice easy to open tab at the back. Instructions are on the back of the package - adjust to line up to the ball of your foot, remove the plastic backing and insert and stick into your shoes.So, first impressions are that these are a little small for fitting womens sizes 5-10. I'm not sure if they would be as effective for a size 10 shoe. My collection of shoes range anywhere between a 38 - 40 Euro/ 8- 9 US depending on shoe type and manufacturer. My feet are of average (medium) width. I took pictures to show a size comparison with a pair of H&M size 40 sandals.These have ended up in my most favourite (and abused daily wear fal-through-spring) Rieker leather ankle boots (size 39) - these were just shy of being able to go across the entire width of the shoe, but they managed to stick well even though those are fall boots and have a wool felt lining. I tried walking and jumping around with just one in first, to compare, and then put both in and walked around more, and can notice a difference in the impact on my feet. It's still a bit hot to wear these shoes the whole day, but i will update this review if I notice a daily improvement or if they last stuck to a felted lining instead of a flat leather insole.Overall I like that these are clear so they are less noticeable, and that they have a sticky base so they stay put. I've used various gel/ foam/ leather liners and insoles in my shoes in the past, but haven't used any that have an adhesive backing before. While I think this obviously limits the ability to cycle them through different pairs of shoes, I think its better for walking experience and also should hopefully eliminate awkward shifting.Overall, I am very pleased with these - however, withholding 1 star because I doubt that these could accommodate a 9-10 shoe very well, or even wide width shoes in small sizes.

I have been using insoles for the past few months. When I first searched for them I didn't realize they were available in so many different options (flats, heels, targeted for specific foot problems). Since that time, I have purchased quite a few. They are amazingly comfortable, and fter using them you will not want to walk in shoes that don't have these in them.

This product is perfect for a pair of open toe heels I purchased from Boohoo. My feet kept sliding forward and it was painful until I added these gel cushions for the balls of my feet.An instant game changer and thin enough so your toes aren’t tight in your shoes. I would recommend and repurchase.

Fits perfectly into my heeled boots. Comfortable cushioning, but thin so that my toes aren't crowded. Easy to remove and adjust so that the position is perfect - insole stayed sticky and in place even after I adjusted the position 5 times. Will order more for my other shoes!

These make my boots with a heel bearable and indeed wearable. I am definitely going to get more because once they are in, there is really no point in trying to unstick them and transfer to another pair of shoes.
