Yes, it is one piece and slips over the back rest. The seat part wraps over the seat front and sides and has a velcro strap that goes under the seat which you velcro underneath.

Would this fit a 2000 ford expedition Eddie Bauer edition?

it will fit, but be careful, some of the expeditions came with armrests.

Will they fit 2014 silverado?

Yes! The headrest covers are a little small for it. I have them in my 2014 Chevy Silverado. (They are decent, but not something I would buy again. They just didn’t have the life in them that I thought they should have.)
