So I bought these before as I had problems with my knees and had great improvement with my knees along side doing knee exercises, but it was only when I came off them to use a much more expensive version I had seen advertised as the best thing in the world by athletes on Facebook that my knees started to feel bad again. After about 2 months i went back to using these along side a turmeric tablet (nutrition geeks) and I am back playing football twice a week, which I haven’t been able to do for the last 2 years. I recommend these along side the turmeric tablet to my brother who has trouble with his ankle, he’s been doing so for a few months and started playing tennis again but went away for work for 2 weeks and didn’t pack them and has really felt the difference of not taking them as his pain has started to come back. I really rate these and I’ve messed about with supplements for years but felt a great improvement with them. You must stay consistent and I felt that although it has turmeric and black pepper it worked better alongside another hit of it. Give it 2-3 month. Its one if those which you won’t notice until you stop using it and it’s such a gradual improvement that you don’t notice how vast it is

The most important thing to know is that the tablets are safe and effective,All I can say is that they appear to help with my joints and mobility.

Excellent value, everything I want in one capsule

I started taking these as I was suffering from tendon pains in the gym, although they didnt completely take away the pain (only a month in) they definitely felt as though they was helping, also good for other joints so good to take as a health benefit.Take 2 a day, I usually take them both together otherwise id forget and they are quite large so some people will struggle swallowing one never mind two.Cheap as well compared to others sold and these have added ingredients and vitamins for another bonus. Never heard of these guys before but would look into buying more from them if needed.Also another thing to note, the Tumeric overpowers the smell and taste so if thats not your thing then these aren't for you, its not the full taste of tumeric but the flavour is there. Some people cant stand certain flavours so that may be off putting.

As ever - vitamin companies, like junk food, like to measure their benefits/hazards deceptively. I wish there was a rule that all vitamins had to label their ingredients per capsule/pill rather than by serving. It’s easy to think you are getting a high dosage until you realize you have to take 2 or 3 to actually achieve that. These guys label this way and I think it’s shady.Other than that they seem fine. Not even science knows if they work so I can’t add to that - but I take them for back pain and will continue to do so.
