Missing hardware, hole drilled in the wrong place, feels flimsy, and ripped/lacking padding
Update: An arm bent down when loading an 85 lb kayak for the second time. Returning this piece of junk. Do not buy.1) The assembly instructions came on a single sheet of paper. There was no equipment list, and they didn't bother to label the parts beyond pointing to an assembled picture with a number for the type of part. Whoever did this got bored and stopped counting at 5.2) One out of the six [unlabeled] cross pieces had holes drilled in the wrong side. I hope whoever buys this next has a drill handy, because you might have to make your own holes like I did.3) The design is such that no matter how much you tighten the bolts, the thing will wobble. There are five junctions where you have one square metal bar going inside another, and a single bolt to hold it in place. They are all very loose. Tightening the bolt just squeezes the outer piece instead of actually pressing them together.4) Speaking of bolts, they didn't bother to package the right amount. I was missing some bolts of each length, which kept me from mounting one of the four hooks. It's lucky I only have two boats to put on it so far. Maybe it'll be less flimsy once I can tighten the top cross bar too, but I'm not holding my breath.5) The padding on each of the hooks is thin and tears easily. And the rack advertises holding three boats, but the bottom bar is just bare metal frame, no padding or cradle to hold it gently. I actually mounted my car kayak hooks onto the bottom of the frame to get around this until I can go get at least some proper padding.I would give this one star, but the seller did refund $20 for the missing hardware.

Leans with weight!
Upon arrival there was a hole in the box and most of the hardware was missing. The seller sent us money to buy more, but it was inconvenient. Hopefully they have made packaging adjustments since. The bigger concern is durability. After assembly and kayak install, the entire stand bends forward a bit (not plumb) which is disappointing based on the space that is available for storage.I would not buy this again or recommend to anyone, friend or foe!

UHHH- I don't know
It arrived very quickly. The instructions are almost non-existent- attached is a photo. What really helped in the assembly process was going back to look at the pictures on the order page.Feels flimsy but I'm not sure how it will end up because I can't put it together fully.1. Missing two small bolts and nuts2. The one pole isn't drilled correctly so when I line the drilled holes up the sides of the poles aren't the right orientation so there is no way to attach the post. 2nd photo and I know it is hard to see.Be prepared with tools and a drill to fix what should have already come ready to go.

Do not waste your time buying this.
The box arrived damaged however I think it was likely shipped that way as it appeared that the contents had previously been removed and repacked in the box. Some of the parts were bent and the base of the rack was not drilled correctly and was missing a piece as previous reviews indicated. Directions are poor and attempts to get a missing part from the on line store were unsuccessful.

No assembly instructions!
It had no instructions! It does need tools to assemble - recommend a box wrench & socket wrench to tighten the bolts. The cushions on the arms were torn & had holes.

Could Not Assemble
Several parts were missing when delivered. I could not assemble the storage rack. I was informed these parts are not available in the U.S, so I obtained a refund.
