Delicious and refreshing tea. I once met a couple of Brits in our local supermarket years ago. They were actually looking for "good" tea, and looked disappointed in the available selection on the shelf. I led them to the international section of the market, suggesting that perhaps they would find a better tea there. Well yes, they did, and I imposed a question on them, since I had grown up on very cheap American brands and wanted to develop a better palate for tea. They recommended Twinings, which I have been buying ever since. A couple years ago a big burly guy on YT, in cammo and full frizzy beard, casually mentioned that Twinings Lady Grey is now HIS favorite tea. Curious, I tried it, and now this is now our household's favorite tea. I use a thermometer and do not put the teabag in the hot water until it is just under 180 degrees. For us, 178 is ideal. Keeps the sharpness of any tannin at bay. No sugar necessary.

I hadn't had this flavor of Twinings before, but the price was so good I decided to try this LARGE box. I'm glad I did.I enjoy this flavor by itself and also steeped with English breakfast tea (for a little caffeine...)I was also happy to discover that you can add cream without it curdling. Sometimes citrus teas don't work with cream.

I love this tea! When you drink it, it’s like a warm hug! It is smooth, delicious, and calming!I wish amazon had package my beloved tea a little kinder so it didn’t arrive looking like this! Hopefully next shipping.

I enjoy the flavor but it is unsweetened. I normally add sugar / another tea powder mix to help bring out more sweetness. I normally just drop it in a 2L pitcher and let it seep for a few hours.

While this is a very enjoyable tea blend, the price increase from $12.58 for 2 boxes ($6.29/box) to $ 7.99/box in 4 weeks is TOTALLY unacceptable!Shame on you, Amazon!
