I bought this after several social media influencers recommended it for its health benefits. The taste isn't enjoyable at first, but I got used to it after a few days. I feel like it boosts my energy, and it helps me when I'm on my cycle.

I was told about this by a friend so i decided to try it. What i wasn't told is how thick it is, how nasty it taste, and how hard it is to get out of the bottle. After tasting it for the 1st time i mention the taste to my friend and she says to use it as a sweetner for tea but its bitter... So far im not sure about the benefits because it takes a minute for it to show what i looking for which is to get rid of the gray hair..
