Great Pocket Knife! Equal to ANY US-Made Knife!
Very high quality pocket knife. Compared to a US-made Buck 305 I recently purchased, there is NO comparison. This knife feels substantial in the hand, the thick bone handles are superb with a beautiful jig pattern. Both blades are tight and razor sharp with heavy springs that snap shut like a gator. In comparison, the Buck 305 came with thinner, loose blades, rough-to-the-touch synthetic handle(s) with pins sticking out to snag in your pocket, and weaker springs than the Hen & Rooster. This knife was made with high quality German steel, was assembled in Spain, and would stand up to ANY US-made knife out there.

Poor quality
Gaps in assembly, chip and scratch in blade, rust on brass. Overall poor quality on a product that should be brand new

Dull, stiff opening blade
Not like older Hen and Rooster knives. The larger blade was not sharp enough to cut copier paper until i dressed it up on a ceramic rod. The larger blade does not open or close easily and I had to lubricate it, it is still rough. I will keep this but I am disappointed with this modern Hen and Rooster.
