This is the third time I have bought these. They really help with the arthritis in my knees and feet so I want to be sure I always have them around. I have given some to several friends and they have all said they also found relief using them. I showed them to my doctor and we laughed that we didn't know what was in them but since I am finding relief he said to continue to use them . THEY WORK!

I bought these knee patches to help with chronic knee pain that I have. I liked the shape & size (perfect for knees) BUT whatever is in this patch BURNS so much that you have to tear it off after a short while. There are no ingredients listed on the package at all. It's all Chinese, I understand, but it's not for me.I was so hopeful that this would be the best solution to my chronic pain, but ended up not using them after the first couple of tries.I don't like writing negative reviews, but this was a bad purchase.

These patches r pretty good. Iv also used them on my back. If ur trying to workout w/,ona these patches, I wud recommend wrapping it w/an ace bandage, as it will likely not stay stuck. I usually put it on AFTER workng out. Its good for minor aches & pains
