Found what I needed
I thought my problem was lactate from my vanilla iced coffee, but it was really the sweetener and maybe some other things like fast food Bisket’s. Since I’ve been using this my Gastro issues have substantially decreased.

No more cramps when eating gas producing veggies!
I have been using meltaways for years and used the liquid before that. Meltaways are much better than liquid because they are less conspicuous to put in your mouth when dining out. They work wonders on gas producing veggies. They are no longer available in any of the supermarkets around me. Why is that?
