I bought this for my daughter who asked Santa for a cup with her Angel Daddy's photo. I love the bottom unscrewed allowing me to put the photo inside and love the extra inserts. She's going to love it!!

I meant to take pictures before gifting it, but I forgot.The cup itself feel very sturdy, and it is in fact insulated with a stainless steel interior and the clear plastic exterior. The whole bottom unscrews allowing you to lift the stainless steel inner cup out of the outer plastic, making it super easy to add the insert. The cup has some weight to it, and definitely feels higher quality than similar plastic options I've purchased before. I especially love the option to purchase different sizes since that's been a struggle for me when looking for products like this in the past. The lid fits nice and snug ensuring a good seal, and slides up and down allowing you to close the lid for increased insulation.Figuring out how to customize the image can be a little challenging if you've never done something like this before. I purchased the 20oz cup, took the insert out and sort of measured it against a regular 8.5/ 11 inch printer sheet. I then created a document with all the pictures I wanted to add and sort of arranged them so when they printed I knew they would be within the size and shape of the insert. I printed a test sheet and cut it out to make sure it would look like I wanted it to, before printing in color and laminating. I mostly eyeballed this on the screen, which I can understand might be frustrating if this isn't something you're comfortable with and would prefer a template. MY mistake was that when I measured my test page I didn't account for the lamination. Remember, if you laminate you have to leave about a 5mm margin around the edge of the paper otherwise you risk your lamination coming apart. Once I put my personalized insert in the cup I had to use an exacto knife to trim some of the excess lamination, but again that was on me; I share it here so you can avoid the problem. You don't have to laminate, but I chose to for added protection, however the sear seems strong enough that I don't think there will be any water seeping in.Finally, as with any product like this, it is not dishwasher safe. I suppose that if you take the insert out each time to avoid ruining it, you could put it in the dishwasher, and since the steel cup comes completely out you could clean up any water spots from the inside of the outer plastic, but overall I would say just hand wash your cup (much less hassle). I let my friend know this when I gifted her the cup, which she absolutely loved and has been using almost every day since.

I haven't had this long enough to assess long term durability and now that the weather is cold, how long this will keep a beverage cold.I didn't purchase this tumbler for the inserts but would be disappointed if I had as it is October and the Halloween one is not right.The tumbler though is sturdy and easy to hold with small hands.The insert fit in perfectly and stays dry when washing, just make sure the bottom is on tight enough.I was disappointed to see that the kid had a slider opening as they can be difficult to clean and dry but this one pops off so no worries there.I'm very pleased with this tumbler so far.

These do not keep things cold at all. Ice is melts rather quickly, tons of condensation occurs unlike what's advertised. I do still enjoy the cup I did some personalized ones and these where only I found with the insert that could be swapped. Also word to the wise as they mention the lid will leak out the straw hole if tipped over etc.

Okay, I bought this, decorated it with stickers inside the area the photos normally go, and then decided to brew a 12oz out of my Keurig. I walked away (a bit distracted) and came back to the side of the cup being melted with a big pucker. I got to use this cup exactly one time before it became worthless. Now it looks like some sort of abstract sculpture with a thumb.

I bought this to put a photo in and it was perfect. Comes with several designs also.

This is an amazing invention. Who doesn't get tired of their cup? Now you can change the picture anytime you like! Great gift for creative people. And a generous size.

That I can chose my own pictures

Der Becher wurde sehr rasch angeliefert. Der Deckel des Bechers (Schiebeverschluss) war leider gleich kaputt. Da der Becher jedoch ausschließlich ohne dem Deckel verwendet wird, ist das nicht weiter schlimm.Das Bild lässt sich einfach auswechseln, und so wird aus dem Becher rasch ein sehr persönliches Geschenk. Damit das Bild nicht durch Feuchtigkeit beschädigt wird, habe ich es laminiert. Das passt trotzdem noch sehr gut in den vorgesehenen Zwischenraum.Die Verschraubung des Bechers ist ausreichend dicht, es dringt keine Feuchtigkeit zum Bild durch wenn der Becher mit Handwäsche gereinigt wird.
