Repel Max with 40% DEET is the absolute best
I can remember when everyone started finding out about the bad effects DEET can have and I turned away from using bug sprays with DEET. But then I moved back to Kentucky and only DEET can control the mosquitos around here. I have to spray myself with Repel every time I do any yard work. And this Repel Max with 40% DEET has worked better than Deep Woods Off or any other bug spray I've ever tried.There is stronger bug spray that can be used on clothes and other fabrics but this Repel is made for skin contact and it does an excellent job of preventing mosquito bites and irritation from all the other bugs in my yard. I am impressed and I recommend.

go to brand of insect repellant
This is my go to brand for insect repellant. Wore it on two hikes and didn't get bitten once (but there aren't a ton of mosquitoes in my area). It does leave you feeling a little sticky afterwards, but that's nothing a quick shower can't solve.

I didn’t buy it to repel insects:-)
I bought this particular product because a friend said it removed the yellow fogging from automobile plastic headlight lenses! It really works for that! That being said I won’t be putting it on my skin! Lol!
