This is an amazing iron. You don't realise the difference between a mediocre one and a good one until you try something like this. Heavy in the hand, great heat distribution, and high power mean that clothes get ironed out much smoother and faster, which saves lots of time.

This is the third iron I have purchased in a few weeks and I’m finally happy with this purchase! This iron really is quick and easy to use, shows the water gauge clearly with a larger than average tank, doesn’t stick to clothes, glides really smoothly over them. Is heavier than some but not too heavy to use, would highly recommend spending this extra rather than waste money on cheaper products as I did before

1. Instead of standard G used in UAE you get type F which has two round pins, with two earth clips on the side2. Water is leaking even the iron is on maximum heat. You need to get the steam option to be turned off to avoid leaking3. The highest temperature is somehow limited and it is not ok for thick fabrics.I would not recommend this iron even with the discountUnfortunately the original box was not preserved otherwise would have returned it immediately

Product was excellent, made in France, plug is 2 round pin, not UAE plug. Box was damaged and delivery was late, driver called 10:30pm to get from him my order along the street which I refused, he said if there's parking space he will deliver. 10:40pm he came ringing my doorbell which everybody were sleeping already.When I called his attention about it he was furious.

It is by far the best Iron we ever owned.

This iron was good while it was working. However after a couple of months and minimum usage, it stopped working. The seller can't be reached.
