I bought this rope specifically to do face pulls, rather than using 2 individual ropes, and it's worked great for that purpose. The price was great, also.

Works well, I use it with a pulley system to do tricep pulldowns.I can't see why anyone would have a problem with this other than the candy cane look :)

It was broken on my 3rd use. It was kind of dangerous as I was holding onto it and swing to the next cable, and I fall. Luckily I did not hurt myself. For this kind of product it has to be super sturdy. A broken piece like this could hurt someone really bad.

This item is the equal of any similar items in use at our local YMCA. They get used a lotso I was just donating some replacements.
