If you visit the DisplayPort website it suggests that all DisplayPort cables will work with all DisplayPort monitors and systems. However, just to be on the safe side it suggests that you should invest in a certified 8K capable DisplayPort cable. To be fair, there isn't much of a price difference to get this assurance that you will somehow be let down by earlier less well specified DP cables. The DisplayPort cable from Stouchi appears to be high quality, and I expect it it to last well. The cable itself, is encased in a high quality braided sleeve and the male ends appear well constructed and robust - I'm not expecting to constantly be plugging it in and unplugging it. The cable was well packed with plastic clips to keep it coiled and plastic covers for the connectors - it suggests that this is a quality item made to last and perform well. I currently have the cable attached to a Dell U3415W 34-inch curved monitor from a NVidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB card. It is displaying the output from my PC without any issues - as you would expect.

I'm a bit amazed by this product. It's the kind of cable you'd expect to see at boutique video/audio outlets at >10x the price. But here it is on Amazon, selling for a very reasonable price. This thing exudes quality, it's well made, has a weighty build quality yet is light in the hand, capable of driving 8K(@60Hz). I'll be using this cable to drive a 1440p gaming monitor at 165Hz refresh rate. I can't see how you'd be able to find a better cable at this price? It's a steal.

I use it for my GPU

I use these cables for my sim rig and my desk monitor. Good value cables all running at 145hz on 2k 32inch Samsung G5's. Great cable can recommend this cable. I've got different cable lengths which they provide so its really nice to have all the cables from 1 brand and have the option to get 2m cables or 4m cables. Very nice will shop again if I need more cables

When I got the package, I it was pretty big for just a cable, but WHAT a cable! This thing is ready for WW3! Super quality sheath and the connectors look good also. When using the cable, I got great signal thru it. This one is a winner.
