I have noisy people upstairs will it block out loud kids?

Hello... This ear protection device eliminates a large percentage of high frequency noise. I use them when I'm working in my woodshop. I have a table saw, chop saw and shop vac. All of these are loud operating tools. I find the noise level is greatly reduced. I recommend you buy this product and see for yourself. You can always return it free of charge, if you're not satisfied.

Yes. Both across the top head band and also on the side. Should fit any size head (except maybe Frankenstein).

Do they actually have real leather for muffs? Or what material are they? Is rubberized coating silicone? Do these have prop 65?

I have no idea. For me, my concern is only for loud sound suppression. They do that to my satisfaction. Oh, my ear protection device is black in color.
