I am taking this since 10th of this month, my BP became normal within 24hrs itself. I stopped Allopathic medicines next day itself and mt BP was normal where as i was seeing rise in my BP even with Telma 49 and Clinidupine 10. It reduces the bp effectively however it poses many side effects too, such as breathing issues, decreases stamina, joint pain.
