I really love this arthritis cream. It has a bit of a potent smell - kind of like cloves - and it works on my rheumatoid arthritis so well. I really appreciate how it helps with my pain. It feels just like lotion going on as opposed to a hot or cold feeling which I also appreciate. It doesn't smell like ben-gay at all which I also appreciate.I've tried lots of different pain creams and this one is definitely a winner. It works! I have arthritis in my fingers, painful and frustrating. This cream works on the tough pain. I use my fingers a lot, sewing, writing/typing, and working with animals. This helps relieve the pain and I can move without aching. A little goes a long way for restoring my dexterity. Love it!!!

I was very excited to try this product, but I was somewhat disappointed with it for 2 main reasons: 1) the pain relief was short-lived and 2) it leaves a weird, cakey residue.I've tried many pain relief topical ointments, and the pain relief I experienced from this product was less than that of other products (such as biofreeze). It does give a cooling sensation for about 15 minutes, but that's about it. It is possible that the emu oil, which may reduce inflammation, penetrates the skin and reduces inflammation in joints, but it seems that the evidence for that is insufficient. Second, the lotion does not absorb into the skin like most topical ointments. It leaves a white residue that, when dry, is prone to flaking off everywhere and leaving little white flakes everywhere (see picture). This product does give some pain relief, but there are many other products out there that, in my opinion, are much more effective.

I've lived all my life with pain. I have never known a day without pain. I can still make this claim as this doesn't relieve all pain, but it does make the pain less in most areas!It doesn't help my trigger thumb, but boy does it help with the pain of flat feet! My arches up and left me 40+ years ago and you don't understand what kind of pain that creates unless you've felt it for yourself. This cream doesn't work instantly, but after 8-10 hours the pain has been reduced to a tolerable level! It also doesn't help my back pain, but it does help the knee pain.I would and have recommended it to family and friends.The only thing keeping me from giving a five star is the fact it doesn't work everywhere and it doesn't take away all the pain, so there is room for improvement.

Choose this cream over some other offers due to the ingredients offered as hemp. I heard good things in development with using & my roommate is having horrible pain in his knees w assume is arthritis. Tried several other creams not containing hemp, nor developed by a Docter as this states & hoped this would have better results as it did.Fast-acting, around fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) mins after generously applying, absorbed quickly & with no sticky residue. However, I did deduct a star instead of five (5) due to the heavy smell of wintergreen. I mean HEAVY smell, as I don't usually mind a light smell attached to almost all products of same? But this wafted intensely after application, so strongly my dog got off the sofa, and he (the dog) is not averse to smells either, so says a great deal in the heaviness of odor.Not taking away from effectiveness in pain reduction as he says it does reduce knee pain as he experiences.
