Using this for a pre-filter….If I replace it with a clean one every 2 to 3 hundred miles I never have to change the factory filter…..And I’ve got 11, 000 miles on my 2021 Honda Talon 1,000 x

Got this to replace a worn out AEM reusable filter of a similar style. This one is great for the price. Metal ends on it and once installed seems much more rigid than the all rubber ended one it replaced. Was able to get this to fit on a 2 1/4 intake by picking up a rubber plumbing adapter at the hardware store. My only suggestion would be if you are using the adapters, put some rtv silicone around the inside of the rings to get them to stick together good. Might be fine without it. But definitely not coming loose with that on there.

Been using this for over a few months now and installing it was very easy. You don't need to be a rocket scientist, you just need to know what you are doing or be able to follow directions from youtube videos.Only reason i bought it was just as a hobby but it surprisingly my car performs a little better and i think it is because of the better air flow from this filter compared to the stock air filter that came with my car. came in the retail box with the different adapter sizes (my car needed a 3" or 3.5") and nothing more to say about it other than it fit without hassles.

Just as good as our favorite K brand model, same material, washable instead of replacement .. excellent performance and will give you a couple extra mpg better and a little more pep..

I really like this filter I had to use all of the adapters/spacers that came with it to get it reduced down to 3" and it still feels very solid the price is very reasonable for what you get i would buy this again

Ordered this filter to replace a name brand unit that had seen better days. This filter has a high quality appearance and feel. It came with two inserts to fit multiple size intake tubes which work well. I would have given 5 stars, but upon inspection I found a loose peice of the metal screen material that makes up the filter on the inside of this unit.I shook it until it fell out. This could easily been drawn into my engine and possibly caused major damage. There is also another loose strand, (but still connected) that I trimmed inside the filter. That issue aside, i feel i will be very satisfied with this purchase. And at 25$, its a great deal. As with any intake, or filter, Always check for foreign objects inside before installing.Third photo shows untrimmed loose (but still attached) metal fiber

Got this for my bobber build. It was a bit big for my bike....meaning too large overall. I ended up cutting it in half, gluing in back together backwards and mounting it with a home-made collar to cover the cut section. Looks badass and I'm humble as hell. Liked the multiple mounting options though I used the bare Filter base to get most air as possible to.my thundering massive 600 cc monster. Hilarious. It looks great on the bike.Cheers!
