My wife and I were ordering a set of memorial rings after the loss of a loved one, but we didn't know our exact ring sizes. We knew the rings would be very special, not to mention a fair outlay of money, so we extra wanted them to be perfect. Buying this set was an inexpensive way to remove one more variable from making sure the rings were perfect for us.We were able to double check the size of our existing rings and also specifically check the fingers we intend to wear our memorial rings on. It was simple and straightforward, but I do have to mention that this set doesn't have any instructions with it. I felt confident that I could piece it together, but I also watched a few youtube videos to verify that I was using the mandrel correctly. The measurement is taken in a slightly different way if your ring is rounded on the inside as opposed to straight flat edged.Overall it was easy to use and certainly effective. The construction is all metal, fairly cheap metal, but still good and durable. It has been handy to use for the new rings, but also in resizing some of our existing rings. I would recommend it without hesitation.

I liked the high quality and easy use

I purchased this because I was interested in purchasing some nice gold and silver rings to go with the beautiful David Yurman bracelets I recently purchased, I needed to size each finger and this handy dandy tool worked and it was on point with my measurements. I would recommend this tool.

Works great

I dig a lot of rings while metal detecting and this set allows me to find the size and even repair out of round rings with the use of a small jeweler's hammer.
