Motor burnt in less than a year. Unable to locate Service Centre near Vapi. Wasted money

Very good quality and easy to assemble cutting height adjustable is also very handy the grass catcher box is also easy to remove as some comments say but I don't feel any discomfort in removing and fitting the grass catcher but only one problem it doesn't have a cord not even 5 cm which is manageable value for money

No Service
After sales service is not there. Since the product is used in rough and tough situation, service is extremely important. I searched online for service. I didn't find any official site of wolf Garten India and no third party service provider. Not even a year, this excellent product has turned into a garbage for me now.

NO INDIAN 220V INPUT
THE COMANY IS NOT PROVIDING ANY CONVERTER OR ATTACHMENT TO USE IT IN INDIAN HOUSEHOLD POWER CONNECTION. EITHER INDDUSTRIAL PLUG SOKET NEED TO BE USED OR DO SOME INDIAN JUGAAD.

Poor quality supply
Horrible product. Unfortunately I opened the package only yesterday and got my engineering team to assemble it. Plastic has cracked in many places and mice has eaten part of the bag. I need this replaced. How to make it happen
