I'm running high sierra 10.13.1 on macbook....are there drivers for this product that will support that version of mac os?

The macOS 10.13 High Sierra driver for EW-7822UAC will be released soon. In the meantime, you can use the macOS 10.12 Sierra driver while you're waiting. It should work fine. The driver can be downloaded from our website. Thanks!

my computer can not read CD so i check ur website and download the latest driver but i dont know how to install

That depends on your OS. For Windows, the downloaded file is in zip format. You have to unzip it into a temporary folder first. Then, run the Setup.exe application. After that, simply follow the onscreen instructions to finish the driver installation. For Mac, the downloaded file is also in zip format. However, you Mac OS may have already unzipped it for you. Simply, run the Installer package and follow the onscreen instructions to finish the installation. If it prompts it is from an "Unidentified developer", go to System Preference > Security and Privacy. You can either allow it to run from there or temporary change the Download Location to Anywhere and try again.Regardless of the OS(Operating System), make sure you have downloaded the "correct" driver for your OS, especially Mac users. Will it work with Linux Mint?

The official Linux driver for EW-7822UAC supports kernel up to v4.2 only. Any versions other than that are not supported. The latest Linux Mint 18.3 LTS is running kernel v4.10, which is not supported by the official driver. Please send a support email to support@edimax.us and we will provide you with a workaround.
