Low Sodium , Great flavor
I LOVE salty, savory dishes, but hate how salt turns me into a water baloon. So I replaced my all purpose seasoning with Mrs. Dash and it's GREAT. Flavorful with hints of onion and spices that pep up anything bland Eggs, sandwiches, pasta, on avacado or salads- always hits the right flavor note, no aftertaste or feeling like anything's " missing". ( The salt is missing, but , you wouldnt know, perfect! ). Got the garlic version , too-the lid is a convenient flip- top, which saves you from screwing and unscrewing a cap, which I always loose , so I'm a big fan. my 2nd bottle of each and can fit back I'm my shoes again.

Salt free is what my dr ordered
I suddenly found myself suffering from heart failure and stuck on a low sodium diet. I saw this and thought I need to try it. I find I need to add more of this than the one with salt in it. It does have the basic flavors. Without salt it seems a bit bland.
