I started working out again but was having the problem with inflammation which was cutting my workouts down from 5-6 days to 2-3! I tried to this product to help with my leg/feet inflammation and this is a miracle worker. I will definitely be purchasing another bottle when i start to run low.

When taking this, I sleep better, I need less sleep, and I wake up feeling well rested. To be clear, I still wake up in the night (when rolling over, at a noise, etc and fall right back asleep), but since I wake up feeling rested this doesn't bother me at all.This product may not help you get back to sleep if you tend to wake up in the night; I'm not sure. But it does help with the other components of restful sleep.

It actually works to help take away some of those day to day pains that comes from the beginnings of arthritis. Will definitely continue to use.

I have arthritis in my feet and have found that cherry and turmeric help. I've tried other supplements, tossed one of them just due to the serious discomfort of swallowing the capsule. I'll definitely reorder.

I just want to give some feedback and it isn't meant to be negative. I take a lot of supplements and for some reason it did not agree with me. I took it twice once with my regular regime and once alone but with food. Both times it upset my stomach. I have taken tart cherry for some time and been fine with that alone. Maybe the combination of the two didn't work for me. The delivery was as promised.

Didn’t help. Won’t buy again.

Definately has a calming effect. I take at night. I have since ordered more from this supplier.
