Surprisingly good quality, especially at this price point
This review is for the 1.2 liter version. Nice little pot. Lid fits snugly and securely. Bottom is flat and true and sits firmly on the range burner. Handle is sturdy and mounted solidly, stayed cool when full pot tested to boiling on electric range. While this is technically a 1.2 liter/40oz kettle, it seems to work best with 32-38 oz; more than that and you run the risk of your liquid boiling out of the spout. Overall an incredible value at twelve bucks.

Very small and lightweight
Holy moly it's this thing tiny. I didn't realize there were two sizes and that I should get the bigger one but that's on me, not the kettles fault. This review is for the 0.8 L size.Very tiny. Heats quickly. Gets very hot, even the coated handle, use a mitt or towel. Probably good for 2-3 cups of tea. It weighs nothing which is kinda of nice. Could be good for a backpacker who really can't live with out tea. You could put a few small items inside easily. Would be amazing if there was a version that came with a mug or cup that stored inside.

It is what it is
Yes, it is small but I knew that when I purchased it. This is great for a single cup or for a quick boil then refilling the water for the next cup. I should have gone with a slightly bigger size but I can't hold that against a clearly advertised size. It is a light weight pot that is functional. It works great and is easy to use. Be careful of the lid. One must stabilize it when pouring.

Works until he got tired
This thing woke me up every morning with a great cup of coffee. It's traveled from Washington to new Mexico and everywhere in between. It just couldn't hold up though he started getting tired and leaking from its neck spout pouring boiling hot water everywhere except my yuppy pour over coffee pot......only lasted me 4 months

Perfect for tea around the campfire
This is a sturdy little pot, boils enough water for 2-3 mugs of tea at a time, very pleased with this purchase!

It's so cute!
Lightweight and adorable, this item performs exactly as expected. Now, I am DEFINITELY a weekend warrior camper. I have not done hardcore camping in ridiculously awful weather and I've not hiked the Pacific Coast Trail, so this may not be the most ultimate, hardcore, lightest weight camping or backpacking tea kettle; but for a solid weekend warrior who loves some car camping, this definitely fits the bill.

Holds a good amount of water for a few cups of coffee ...
Have only used once so far for camping. Holds a good amount of water for a few cups of coffee of whatever you plan to use the water for. Was heated on a fire pit grill over direct flames and no damage. Heated well. Will be my go to for camping

Fast to boil
This has been a great little kettle to go on our camping stove. It is lightweight, the handle folds down and it fits into a little bag that comes with it so it doesn't take much room to transport. It looks really small but easily makes 2 good size hot drinks and it comes to the boil really quickly. The handle has a silicon type coating so it can be picked up without burning your hand when boiled. I'm very pleased with it.

Great little camping kettle
Its capacity is a bit limited, but it's nice and stable on a table-top camping stove. Gets water boiled many times faster than using saucepans or mess tins. You do have to be a bit careful pouring however, as the lid isn't clipped in and can slip off if you tip the kettle too far, with the potential to cause burns/scalds, so be careful.

Excellent buy
So pleased with this kettle was surprised how small it was but it actually holds enough for 3 large mugs, handle gets a bit warm and lid isn't tight but it has a big lid and it's great for seeing just how much water you put in there, comes in a little carry bag which we didn't need but I put a small veg bag in it and hung it from our table and we put the used teabags in it lol on the whole an excellent kettle with a very good non drip spout brilliant for the money

Super little kettle....
A very nice little kettle/teapot ideal for 2 people for a cup of coffee/tea,its a very small but versatile kettle looks to be well made and is ideal for a trekker or bush crafter for that all important brew.It is super light weight and wouldn't know you were carrying it, comes in its own net bag, holds 0.8 ltr of water, and has a fold down handle covered in silicon, the lid has a ring for lifting it off and is better than a knob which could get hot.Would definitely recommend this without hesitation and would purchase this again as a token gift to some fellow wild camper or friend..I love it, its one of the best things I have bought for wild camping and at a great price...

Great light weight mini camping kettle
Dinky. Handle is sturdy enough and the kettle doesn't rock about uncontrollably when trying to pour boiling water from it. Seems to pour well. In my usage so far neither the main handle or the metal coil handle on the lid get hot. The lid does fit a little loosely so if pouring with gusto you need to slip a finger through the coil on top. As I say, it doesn't get hot, so not the end of the the world. It's very small and light.
