A truly beautiful book. America's Test Kitchen always provides excellent information and one can learn more about cooking and baking at any age or at any level of cooking skill. Best products to best ways to prepare recipes and "Why it works" are the two BEST reasons to have in your cookbook library.I've read many complaints about photos in black & white, but there are plenty of color photos to show the completed dish and the steps along the way are ones mostly printed in black & white. This was not a problem nor did it affect the outcome of making any recipe. Recipes are written with easy to follow steps and use ingredients that are available in most any grocery store.A great book for one's library or as a gift for a beginner cook or as a bridal shower gift. Many treasures to be found in here and I'm looking forward to seeing how many recipes I can create that match the taste and look of the photos.

Great stories and product reviews. The recipes are interesting and some are quite involved with very specific ingredients. It makes for a good quality dish but not a good cookbook if youre looking for an easy to make meal

A wonderful book of tried and true recipes. Many good pictures and lots of pertinent information about the ingredients chosen and procedure to get the best results. An excellent addition to any cook book collection. Would make a very appreciated gift.

Found many, many scrumptious recipes to try. I get the Best of Annual edition every year. Great recipes and lots of useful product reviews.

I wish there were more colored photos. I should have remembered. Nevertheless, I will read it cover to cover and bake many of the recipes. These books are well done. o Written by pros. So - - buy it, and get baking.
