Cramps, but clears you out completely
I took a small amount with my tea around 7:00 pm to see if I felt anything. Around 10pm as I was going to bed I had stomach gurgles but no pain and no poop yet. At 3:30 am I woke up to terrible stomach cramps and new it was about to happen. I scrambled to the bathroom and only had a little tiny toot initially. 30 minutes later I’m still here, trying to have earth quaking diarrhea as quietly as possible. I figured this may happen. I’m not mad about it. Once the cramps go away and the flood gates open its not too bad. Just take the day off work or stay near a toilet.

If you need to go and want to clean out intestines
I always read reviews and this powder is good quality. I used 2 teaspoons in hot water 8 oz. I took it before bed. Now people said it was messy this is true it started working in 5 HR s. There was a little cramping and then it hit. 3 huge releases then you cramp up with a few more. And then you feel great when finished. I had 1 more big one in middle of day

My digestive system has not responded to this product
The color reminds me of all herbal products that have been cut. The product appears to be diluted because it should have a really Bright green and should work with 4 to 6 hours but not at all I'm still waiting on a bowel movement. The taste is t bad and reminds me of sweet dirt or a standard earthy herbal flavor you find in most herbal products but my body did not respond to this product as of now. I've had it for 24 hours and I have regular bowel movements daily.

Don't take too much. Or Nausea.
1 ingredient senna leaf powder. No added chemicals. 1/2 teaspoon in the morning is correct. 3/4 teaspoon if your really constipated. Works great. Eat powder and wash it down. Causes nausea and diarea. Might need wet wipes. (edit:) I now use 1/2 teaspoon 3g every 3 days with very little nausea. Slight constipation on the 3rd day. Considering taking 1.2g every morning instead.
