You do not want to miss book 2 in the series! It’s incredible!
Let me just start off by saying that I didn’t know it was possible to love Levi and Ivy even more... but I do! In book one we see Levi’s tough exterior but book two proves how incredible he really is. You will not want to miss how their love story unfolds. And let me just say... the end... O.M.G. I did not see that coming. When will book three be out again? Oh yes, May 20th. I cannot wait to see how this series concludes. Here’s a few more details about book two and why you do NOT want to miss reading it.Book two in this series picks up just where book one leaves off. We know Ivy has lost all faith in Levi, but why does her heart not get the message? Their passion is undeniable, but can she let him back in? Will he be able to prove his love? Well let me just tell you, this is a love story you don’t want to miss.Levi knows he has to prove his love for Ivy after all that has taken place. She may not want him around, but he will prove he’s there for her even when she thinks she doesn’t need him. As production on Ivy’s movie draws near, will he be able to get to capture Ivy’s heart? Hmmm let’s just say I love a HEA. But just when you feel they can make it, the whole world will drop from the sky. I cannot even describe the roller coaster of events that takes place. But the ending of book two is wow. Just wow. This is a book you will not be putting down.... May 20th can’t come soon enough!

That ending!
This book was a rollercoaster. There’s so much to unpack and there’s still so many questions.‘I swore I’d never fall again. But this wasn’t even falling. This was being awakened.’The ending on this one definitely packs a punch and I’m seriously ready to see how it all comes together.

A solid second act - waiting anxiously for the 3rd installment
Part Two of the Stone Cold Fox trilogy by Max Monroe did not disappoint.Levi came to his senses too late in the first book, Stone. His tortured past made him push Ivy away, but by the end of the book, he realized that he needs Ivy to feel. Enter part two,Cold.Cold picks up just a short time after Stone ends. Levi has a lot of work to do to get himself out of the dog house, not just with Ivy, but with her twin sister, Camilla, too. And boy does he work. But honestly, Ivy still manages to push his buttons and bring out all of the hard edges in Levi.I'm glad that Ivy makes Levi work for forgiveness. She's got her defenses up, and rightfully so after how he treated her in Stone. I just wish that they got even just a couple of weeks of Happy before the drama kicked back up a notch. And holy, drama, Batman!Max Monroe delivered a solid second act. Well written, full of emotion, and it leaves you wanting more. It's going to be a long month until the 3rd part, Fox, is released. If you are not a fan of cliffhangers and multiple part series that don't have a self-contained HEA, wait until all 3 of the books are released to get them so you can binge them all together. But rest assured, these books are a must-read for fans of romantic suspense/mystery, and fans of Max Monroe's rom-coms will not be disappointed.

And It Continues
As soon as I finished “Stone”, book #1 of the trilogy, I had to start reading “Cold”. Some answers to critical parts of book #1 but so much more to this love/hate story and mystery. Quite different from the usual Max Monroe fare but just as excellent as their lighter books. This trilogy is definitely a dark theme but but an excellent read. Thanks Max & Monroe !!! Now on to “Fox” the final book of the trilogy. ❤️📚

Steamy, suspenseful, angsty and shocking, Cold will leave you reeling and once again desperate for more
Ok so even though I am fully aware that this is a trilogy and I knew that the story wouldn’t end with this book it still didn’t stop me from cursing Max Monroe's name at the end of this book. But let’s start from the beginning shall we. So Max Monroe left me salivating and desperate at the end of Book 1.Crushed for Ivy and furious at Levi I prayed that with this book he would redeem himself or that Ivy would at least kick him in the junkI got both, sort of, Ivy did kick him in the junk metaphorically at least. And Levi had a big hole to dig himself out of and thankfully he did but Ivy definitely didn’t make it easy on him and good for her. They verbally spar with one another and their chemistry is hot AF. It’s that almost hate to love you passion that made for some oh dayummm moments. We also get to see more of Levi’s past and definitely got a bit of a shock when we certain aspects that are revealed that had me yelling ooh nooooo out loud and gasping. At the same time Max Monroe adds a bit of a thriller aspect to this story and a bit eerily so.Steamy, suspenseful, angsty and shocking, Cold will leave you reeling and once again desperate for more

eh
it was them fighting the same fight like 100 times and then when they got together obviously it goes wrong you know cause that’s how plots work but idk this was just very repetitive and tbh i don’t care about either of them

Max and Monroe have done it again!
I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads. This is the second installment in the Stone Cold Fox trilogy and it didn't disappoint. I know I'm repeating myself, but this series is nothing like Max Monroe has written before. Its gritty and heartfelt. The emotions that Levi has kept locked down are finally seeping to the surface and he doesn't know what to do with them. He doesn't want to be hurt again and he doesn't know how to handle the emotions that Ivy has stirred up inside him.Ivy is heartbroken over the kiss that Camilla and Levi shared even though she knows she has no right to be. She's denied it to everyone, including herself, that she has feelings of any kind for Levi. When Camilla finally confronts her, Ivy has no choice to admit her feelings for Levi.Levi knows that winning Ivy's trust is not going to be easy and its something that he is willing to devote his life to earning back. When Ivy's begins to get mysterious gifts and messages, his instincts tell him that trouble is near.Max Monroe does sex and steamy better than most but what I'm learning is that they also do heartfelt just as well.~~Wicked Reads Review Team~~

No Words
I don’t even know what to say. If I thought the first book was heart wrenching and beautiful, I sure as hell wasn’t prepared for this one. My god.

Another amazing book by duo Max Monroe!!
Cold, the second book in the Stone Cold Fox trilogy delves deeper into Levi and Ivy's story, we get more of Levi's history and needless to say he might be my new book boyfriend. Overall, the book is definitely a wild ride with a few twists and turns! There may have been some tears... Many, many feels, but that comes with a great book. Cold does end in a cliffhanger but thankfully we don't have to wait too long for the final book in the trilogy, Fox, is out May 20th!

Stone Cold Good!
This is the second book in the Stone Fox Trilogy and I was blessed enough to get a ARC copy of it. I was on tenterhooks after I read the first book so I dived straight into this one. The tension in this book, oh my gosh I had so many moments where I wanted to bang their heads together. I cried out in frustration more times than I'm willing to admit. The frustrations I felt only made the book feel more real and gives the characters a more human depth to themselves. Honestly some books that I have read, the characters are too narrow minded and don't seem to have a personality.I did fall more in love with Levi and Ivy but sometimes their actions seriously frustrated me, I have a love and hate relationship with them, but I am rooting for their love to work!I need 20th May to be here already!!

Lust, love and mystery all in one package
Just as amazing as the first book, we get an even better depth into Ivy and Levi's souls - more gut wrenching scenes and then some seriously pleasure enducing ones. The best cliff-hanger ending leaves us dying for more. The last book in this trilogy can't come fast enough
