has anyone successfully attached a red dot to the sub2000 with the Woltis offset mount, and confirmed that the rifle folds and maintains zero?

YES...this inexpensive Woltis offset mount will work with a Kel-Tec 2000! Just received it and mounted it quickly with a low-profile Red Dot Reflex Sight. (Hi-profile Red Dots, however, are not guaranteed.) Works great...opens and closes to lock...without any issues whatsoever. Saved around $150 -- rather than buying MCARBO foldout sight mount -- which involves more work to install, is kind of bulky, and takes an additional precious second to engage in an emergency.

Will this fit mg1oo? (paintball marker) trying to fit red dot sight on it.

Depends upon if your paintball marker has a standard picatinny rail on it. IF yes, then it should fit. IF no, then it probably won't fit. The question you are asking should be answered by whoever built (or sold) your marker.

Didn’t come with screws. Where can I get them?

Definitely should have set screws installed already. They are very small Allen screws x 2

Will this fit Anderson ar 15 multi cal?

It will. It's actually a little large. It has a set screw you will need to adjust. I used a little lock tight to make sure it stayed
