This shirt is amazing. The sizing is a bit off, I'm 150lbs, 36 B with a 28 waist and I bought a large, where I normally wear a M. It fits perfectly, its not snug and hangs perfectly off of my body. I bought it for work. I'm a resteraunt manager and this thing kept me very cool on summer days. It looks professional and cute. You can dress it up or down.FYI once you wash it you will have to steam the wrinkles out or iron it, this may be because I don't dry it in fear or shrinking.

Was excited to get these shirts. Unfortunately they run smaller than 1 size. I put it on and walked through the house with out touching or leaning on anything look in the mirror pn the way out of the house, and I have fur and fuzzies all over the shirt. The fabric is a magnet!!!

My daughter is starting a job at Starbucks and there is a strict dress code so she needed several shirts. I ordered one that we received today in white and it fits perfectly. She is petite 5'4" and chesty and it doesn't gape at the buttons which was nice. The sleeves are not too tight on the arms, nor does the shirt rise up when she raises her arms. Seems like a great fit - and the fabric has a bit of stretch to it as well. I ordered a second white shirt, along with a black and a khaki and navy. Hopefully they all wash and dry well - I'll update my review if they do not.

I ordered a large in both white and green. I'm 5ft 4in with a 36c bra size (38-bust, 31-waist, 37.5 hips) and it fits perfectly. Very attractive cut. The white is somewhat see-through, enough so that I could not wear it to work but aside from that its great. They wash and dry just fine.

I was disappointed in this product to say the least. I went back and forth between ordering a Small or Medium. I ended up buying a Medium which should have been marked XS (extra small). I normally wear a Medium and many times they are too big. I could barely button this Medium. The only one who could, would have to be skinny and flat chested. Very upsetting. Very thin fabric as well. I like the style and had it fit properly, I would have ordered more colors. Wise up manufacturers.
