I've purchased the cheaper version 2 years ago, battery operated. Loved it, but it got lost in the house- So I purchased this one. It works wonders on Trigger points!

Basically a piece of junk. Very weak tingling (slightly improved by using some kind of lubricant gel) and cuts off regularly - no therapeutic value at all. Instructions were very poor and at times purely comical.

I purchased this unit as a "disposable" (meaning I gave it away after using it) acupuncture unit so that I wouldn't have to travel with a more expensive unit. As I knew I would need it during travel I shipped it ahead and it performed well. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the more expensive units, but it was an affordable option for those who are knowledgeable as to its proper use and was an appreciated gift when I gave it to our host after showing them how to use it. The pros are that it is easy to use and rechargeable. Cons: doesn't have some of the setting you might prefer on even your less expensive acupuncture/pain management units.

Arrival was prompt. Instructions could have been a bit more informative. I went online to find out how long to use it for. And I wasn’t sure whether to move it on the skin or just remain still. The areas I want to work on are small so at this point in time I don’t have to worry about moving it around…so, I need to do a bit more homework! However, all signs are promising at this point in time.

I am not impressed with this item. The indicator light on the one I received did not work. And there weren't clear instructions on how to use the device, especially regarding how long one should focus on an area or how often it could be used. I am returning it.

This device is what you need if you have joint pain. It minimizes pain immediately and has been a lifesaver on those painful days.

Returned item because it didn't come with clear instructions. As a massage therapist, this was surprisingly uninformative.

This is not strong. I thought I would like this one better because it looks fantasy but no... stick with the $10 one

Ich hatte zuvor das andere Modell von der gleichen Firma bestellt, welches angeblich die Akupunkturpunkte erkennt. Nachdem das erste Gerät selbst auf der niedrigsten Stufe nicht auszuhalten war, ging ich davon aus, dass es defekt sei. Ich bestellte also alternativ dieses Gerät und nun habe ich genau das Gegenteil. Man spürt selbst auf der stärksten Stufe nur ein minimales Kribbeln. Zwar lässt es sich intuitiv bedienen, die Anleitung auf deutsch ist jedoch absolut schlecht übersetzt. Die Sätze ergeben teilweise überhaupt keinen Sinn.

Leider lässt sich die Intensität nicht einstellen. Das Gerät macht so einen guten Eindruck. Es gibt einen roten Leuchtstrahl, der auch pulsierende Strahlen abgibt, das wars aber auch schon.Hält nicht was es verspricht!
