The trays sold as 11-inch trays have the mark D-9 stamped on the bottom which corresponds to the just over 9-inch inner diameter of the tray surface. 11 1/2 inches is the diameter measured across the top (overall diameter).The trays sold as 13-inches have the mark D-10 stamped on the bottom which corresponds to the 10 1/2 inch inner diameter of the tray surface and an upper diameter of 13-inches.We bought the trays assuming the measurements would be diameters at the surface. They seem to be good quality but our biggest pots are too large for the largests trays.

I know that these are plastic but the pictures lead you to believe that they have depth to make them look like ceramic but no, they are just glorified Chinet-like plastic plates. If I were buying these from WalMart I wouldn’t expect to pay more than 50 cents for one, and that’s a stretch. Don’t waste your money.

These are sturdy and deep enough for my purposes, but when they arrived I measured them (because they looked to be much larger than 7"), and the inner diameter is actually 9", the outer diameter is 11.5". Perhaps they shipped me the wrong size? These were marked D-9 on the back, which makes me think they shipped me the wrong size. Quite the inconvenience to have to return them, which is why they only get two stars.

These are NOT 7 inches. The outside measurement is almost 10 inches. The measurement of the flat inside was 8 inches.

This is just what I was searching for, work really well, mom is very happy.

I love the idea that these are flat and do not have red areas inside of them.They can be used for many, many uses, especially if you are crafter.

I need plant saucer that would fit in 9" space. These to do NOT. They are in fact 9 3/4" outside measurement. Word of warning - they smell strongly of chemicals/plastic - only a problem if plan to use indoors which I did not but still VERY STRONG ODOR! At this point cannot tell if odor will go away. Saucers are heavy-duty if other issues are not a problem for you. This is more of a neutral rating - do not meet my needs but otherwise okay (except for smell)
