We bought the tablet for our sons celebration. Upon opening it it was apparent that it had been damaged in shipping . It was a tiny crack so we figured we would avoid the hassle of returning it. Within 72hrs of minimal use, the crack spread and you couldn’t see the screen any longer so we were forced to do the dreaded return... Mich to our surprise the seller was amazing!! We literally had a new tablet to replace the damaged one within 24hours of letting them know what happened! There was no waiting or back and forth, no hassle , just amazing low interaction return! The new tablet is AMAZING! It wasn’t damaged at all and works wonderfully. I give this tablet a 10 for its ease of access and capabilities. It’s very fast and loads multiple apps simultaneously with ease. I give the sellers a 20 out of 10!! They handled what could I’ve been a terrible and time consuming issue with grace and ease and excellent customer service!

This is a GREAT value for the money. The touch and feel of the product feels very professional, very well made. It is lightning fast in terms of its processor and does everything you ask for. While being used primarily to watch Netflix, it invites you to do other things, such as use it like a camera (excellent photos, by the way), as a game pad (with so many games at the android store, this is almost a given), and even as a word processor and spreadsheet. I cannot stressed enough the look and feel of the product. I really like it. Doesn’t look like a $100 dollars android tablet.

We bought 2 of these tablets. They came well packed and with in 2 days. The tablet came 98.% charged. My daughter set hers up in less than 5 min and games on it for 3 hours. Charged it lasted 7 hours next time gaming. The sound is weaker than Sam sung or iPad. The picture quality we couldn't tell the difference. Touch screen works fine with no delays. It is not a name brand but it's operating system is working just as good!

This is great for my 4.5 year old. Unfortunately my 2.5 year olds tablet did not stand the test of durability and literally the day after Christmas that he received it, he managed to break the screen. With the case and screen protectors on. Ha, it happens but it works well for my daughter. The screen is big and picture is great plus we can download more apps on this than her old android tablet which is what I wanted for her.

I like it it's a good little tablet for little things I haven't done much on it. However I can't say that charging cord sucks. I think there needs to be a longer cord so that you're not having to struggle to find a spot where you can plug it in and use it at the same time. If you're just putting it on the counter and charging it then that charging quarter fine but when you need to use it and charge it at the same time it's about impossible. Overall the tablet itself is great
