The price is well worth it and I will continue to refer it. What a simple affordable way to update your bathroom. Now anyone can afford to have a clean bottom! **This is a must for folks who have a septic tank. No more worry over that B.S. tissue paper or guests flushing wipes. -my whole family has private septic tanks and I cringe when visiting. Can't stand septic safe tissue paper and I especially cannot stomach having to throw away used wipes! This is a solution and everyone is getting one as gifts. Also, I prefer these models over the entire seat replacement bidets or the separate standalone bidets. One important mention is that you don't have to worry whether the toilet seat you're buying for is round or oval before ordering... it's the same installation for either since it doesn't involve the seat. I also Love that there is no extra bulk or slanted seat to look at. My $300 bidet is heated and has all the bells and whistles, I do love it, but it is BULKY and I had to remove & store the entire seat the new toilet came with In order to use it. I also had to install an electrical outlet. With this model, you just attach an extension and an adapter to the existing pipe (which are included) underneath your existing toilet seat. The water pressure is perfect and not having the hot water option isn't nearly as bad as I had thought. I should've did this years ago for my guests. (I live in California, so we're not getting freezing pipes either) I first was introduced to this brand by my uncle who installed these in his guest baths in Rhode Island. I've since pitched them for a home in Massachusetts and overseas in Cape Verde. I'm thankful for the first hand family refer and feel great about passing along the refer to others. Having purchased other bidet attachments at the same price point as this, I can tell you with certainty that this is the best out of all of them. It's a great design making it easy to access to twist knob and to adjust the water pressure. This is solid - not flimsy and it doesn't feel cheap like many do. Other than a wrench and screwdriver, it came with everything needed to install this. And installation was very easy and efficient. A part of what this made this an easy install were the very easy to understand directions. Oh, I bought this specifically because it only has one spray tube(?) rather than two which I really dislike. With a pair of sprayers, neither can be dead center so you have to move your butt around to get the effects of the stream of water. This one hits the target each and every time. And yes the dial knob allows this to be used for both men and woman. I am very happy all the way around with this bidet attachment.

I felt like a DIY plumbing champ in under 30 minutes. Now, maybe this is edging into TMI territory, but let’s just say: gentle is the name of the game. Crank the pressure up too high and you’re not getting “refreshed,” you’re getting an unplanned power wash. I may be a little delicate “down there,” but let’s just say the front nozzle and I had a rocky start. Lesson learned—start low, my friends. That said, I do feel much fresher after, well, doing the things humans do. I still use toilet paper and wipes, so it hasn’t exactly saved me money in the TP department, but it definitely boosts the clean feeling. Just a heads-up: this handy little attachment does collect its fair share of bathroom grime, so don’t forget to scrub around and under it when you clean your toilet. Overall—budget-friendly, easy to install, good quality and makes you feel fancy without installing a whole new toilet. Just… go easy on the water cannon setting.

Everybody is please with it and we wonder why didn't we get this sooner. Let's see about the durability, but for now it works great, the installation was a very easy and a quick process as the instructions were very clear. No leaks and seems like a great quality item. Overall we are please and we do recommend you get it. The vale you get for the cost is amazing.

My husband and I watch a lot of YouTube...a lot of YouTube. One of our favorite channels has been sponsored by Hello Tushy off and on for a while now and it got my husband thinking that he might like to try a bidet. Since Hello Tushy is EXPENSIVE (and we are broke millennials), we decided to try something cheaper. I am EXTRMELY pleased with this bidet! I honestly didn't think I'd like this weird contraption - why would I want water shooting up my butt? What if it missed? How was I supposed to get clean? But little did I know that these were all just baseless fears - probably encouraged by "Big TP", the toilet paper industry that wants to continue to get more of my hard earned money! When we got the bidet, we found out that it was very easy to install. Full disclosure - we did end up having to go to the hardware to get a new supply line hose because the rubber gasket on the old one basically disintegrated as soon as we unscrewed it to add the bidet line. So, it cost us $2.99 plus tax extra plus a trip to the hardware store. But I don't blame the bidet for that - blame a toilet that has probably been in the house since 1978. (Hey, if it ain't broke, don't fix it!) So, not including the trip to the hardware store, it probably took us 20 minutes or so to install. I absolutely love how slim this design is - I've seen other bidets that require a toilet seat lift or something like that, and this one does not require any extra hardware. The water pressure is also great - not too rough, but definitely enough to make you feel clean! Also, full disclosure - when we installed it, we wanted to see how it worked, so my husband sent me out in the hall FAR AWAY from the toilet so I could watch him turn it on. I still got sprayed in the face from probably 5-7 feet away. He did have it on full blast, and he did apologize...but there was much laughter and hilarity that ensued. Thank goodness it was clean supply water and not toilet water! Anyway, since we have installed this bidet, neither of us will use another toilet to do our business! Forget family holiday gatherings now - everyone is coming to our house for Christmas because my husband doesn't want to use his parents' toilet any more! I also think I've convinced my brother to buy one for himself. (Guess there is another family we can safely visit for holidays now though.) Do yourself and the planet a favor and get this bidet! It is a great model, easy to install, and will save you a ton of money on toilet paper! I will never go back!

Works perfectly as advertised, easy installation with no issues, and thin profile to fit my older, smaller toilet. Includes user friendly instructions including troubleshooting guide. I had moved and went without a bidet for a little while but thankfully this bidet attachment was affordable so that I could go back to feeling fresh and using less toilet paper ❤️

The parts and UK water pipe sizes do not match

Wish I'd read the reviews. Impossible to plumb this in. My husband plumbed the whole house but couldn't source connections that would adapt the fittings of this device. Don't see a way to contact the supplier either. If anyone has a solution please post it in the questions section.
