I am always skeptical about these things. However it works! The kit comes with everything you need to fix a chip in your windscreen. I used it on a stone chip right in the middle of the drivers view point which would have been an MOT failure or advisory at best. I followed the application instructions and now you wouldn't know that there was ever a chip....no visible reference and no light distortion from on-coming headlights at night either. Great product!

Had a small half moon type chip in my windscreen (about 0.75 centimetres) - very noticeable from the outside and a bit annoying from the inside as it was directly in the normal field of view. I wasn't overly convinced that the product would work but I followed the instructions carefully and found that the mark had almost totally disappeared - just a small pinhead left and anyone not knowing where the chip had been would be hard pushed to find it. More than happy with the result which was originally caused by someone using a strimmer outside their home which must have fired a stone at high speed onto my screen - a bit annoying but well done to RainX.

I will admit I wasn't expecting a lot from a £10 kit. How wrong I was.This kit is really easy to use as does a fantastic job. One chip (in photos) was too big for a windscreen company to repair and wanted to replace them whole screen so thought I would give the kit a go first. Really impressed with the finish and also repaired a couple of smaller chips plus product still left over.

I’m pretty accomplished with things like this and had years in a professional trade but even so I followed the instructions to the letter. This just doesn’t work ! It was a warmish winter day but a heatgun was used on the screen anyway before and during with everything in the right place. The resin just doesn’t fill anything. There were hairline cracks coming off a star chip about the size of a 5p. All I achieved was a mess of glue that had to be scraped off. Waste of time & money!

I bought this to Try as some reviews were negative, however I found it easy to apply and did it twice to fill the crack and you now can't even see where it was damaged. The crack wasn't big but did it a couple days after to stop it cracking more. I would use again and recommend.
