And, you will love the bounce and rebound it provides! FRAME: 1 7/8" 13ga. GALVANIZED STEEL. (.095 Wall, 2.4mm) with 5 swedged joints. There are 10 total pieces to the frame. (5 frame pieces + 5 legs = 10 total pieces) 400 lbs single user weight limit. BED: The black jump-bed is made with top grade polypropylene mesh. The edges of the jump-bed are reinforced with a vinyl boarder which strengthens and the material where it attaches to the springs and helps eliminate the natural motion in the mesh during use. The UV protected thread minimizes the damaging effects of the sun. The Jump-Beds are built to withstand all types of weather and wear, without costly repairs. SPRINGS: There are #120 springs that are each 8.5 inches long with 54 coils per spring. The springs are galvanized and tapered. Most other manufacturers are using smaller springs or sometimes even elastic type bands or rods. PADS: The pad features a heavy 18 oz. vinyl-coat cover on top. The back is made with poly mesh which allows the pad to breathe and let out rain and moisture. Inside the pad are 2 layers of closed cell foam. The pad is attached to the frame with strong high-quality ties. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY: The manufacturer offers a full 5 year warranty on all parts. (Frame, Pad, Springs, Bed and Stitching) The Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and normal wear. Most all other warranties cover defects only, with a shorter time period depending on the part.
