VOUNOT® Folding Shopping Trolley on 6 Wheels, Aluminium Lightweight Shopping Cart with Insulated Cooling Bag, Stair Climbing Grocery Trolley, 58L, Black

Super happy with the trolley, way superior quality compared to others! Just used it for the 1st time and I'm super happy. Benefits for me are: - This is a standing box with a lid, makes packing so much easier and faster. No flaps folding around. This also means you can either pull the trolley behind you, or push it in front of you easily. - The bag straps to the metal structure with velcro on all 4 sides, making it easier to use the zippers, and have the bag well opened for you to pack. - The bottom has a metal support and this means the bag is ALWAYS standing correctly. No need to keep holding it. - Sturdy metal structure and the bag material is also good and waterproof. - The handle has a black sponge like material around it, that is super soft and makes it more comfortable to grab and pull it. - Double zipper, meaning you can zip in both directions. - Having 3 wheels on each side, makes it easier to carry it up or down, in steps. The wheels are smooth against the pavement. - Has an inside pocket w/ zipper, for personal belongings, plus 2 side long pockets on the outside to carry an umbrella for example or extra bags. - The bag also comes with a shoulder strap in case you want to take the bag out of the metal structure and carry it around on your shoulder. - Comes w/ instructions and a metal key, to assemble/attach the wheels. Make sure you tighten it correctly but let loose a bit, so the wheels can girate. It will help you go up or down stairs. The only down-side for me is the fact that in order to fold the trolley (ie the metal structure) you need to remove the bag first, then fold it. This will help me a lot with my weekly shop, no more sore shoulders and back pain of carrying heavy uncomfortable bags. Plus the fact that in winter you would come home with your groceries all wet. Not w/ this trolley, when everything is so nicely tucked inside a water proof bag. This will make my weekly shopping trip, so much faster and easier. Totally worth the money, I hope it lasts many years like my previous one.

I bought this trolley to help my mother with her shopping as I cannot drive anymore. It has been put through its paces and been really impressed with the durability and strength of the wheels/joints. Nice grip and although lightweight, it is strong. Only one thing I would like to see is the possibility of a slightly longer handle, otherwise really good product.

Great shopping trolley. Easy to assemble. Just needed to put the wheels on. The bag was already fitted to the frame. Good capacity. Small insulated pocket at the top to contain a small amount of chilled items 3 cans of pop, or tubs of yogurt or blocks of butter. Some pics online make it look as if the whole bag is insulated. It isnt. Very sturdy, but light weight. Foam covered handle for comfort. Goes well over any terrain. Have used it over grass, tamac, textured concrete, paving slabs, smooth supermarket floors. Up and down kerbs, ramps and stairs. Easy to manoeuvre. Even fully loaded. (i have arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome in my hands) I found it easy to use. As for noise it is silent on smooth indoor floors. Variable degree of noise on textured surfaces. Also depends on weight of content and walking speed. The bag is waterproof. The top closes with a zipoer which can be a bit fiddly. The only complaint I have is the zip pulls are tiny. I put a key ring on each to make it easier to use them and one zip pull came off in my hand. A small detail but irritating. Looks great. Gets lots of looks when I take it out. I bought a large carabiner clip (as used on baby buggies) to add light weight carrier bags on the handle. Also I bought bungee cords ( in matching bright green.) Handy when I bought some pillows. Not heavy but awkward) So let the trolley do thevwork. Will also be useful when using the frame as a handcart. I have been using it for months and like it very much. It would have got 5 stars if not for the zip pull issue. I would be delighted to find that replacement wheels are available. In which case I would forsee it having a long and useful life.

Amazing

Pros: - The actual bag is very sturdy, spacious and functional with a separate space for frozen food. - The 3-wheel system is quite effective when climbing steep surfaces (stairs, sidewalks). Cons: - The wheels are incredibly loud. Even with high-quality noise-cancelling earbuds, I can hear the sound of the wheels throughout my journey to the grocery store. We had a much simpler/cheaper trolley before, and the sound wasn't as near as noisy as this one. - Even though the 3-wheel system is an interesting solution, the actual structure is pretty badly designed. We had to constantly verify if all the screws and nuts were in place before leaving the house to make sure the wheels wouldn't pop off in the way. A couple of days ago, even after checking before going out, the inevitable thing happened: the wheel fell off in the middle of Lidl and we couldn't find where the hex nut fell off in the shop or the street, rendering the trolley completely useless as of now. Again, we had a much cheaper trolley before, and it is still working. We bought this with hopes of having more space (which we had) but also a more premium product to face stairs and sidewalks. Unfortunately, it ended up being more of a headache with the constant checks of the wheels, and I now have to find a new hex nut to fix the wheel system. - Customer support was quick to reply, but they don't sell replacement parts or even offer a new hex nut to keep customers satisfied with their product. As seen from other reviews, this is a somewhat constant issue so I would expect at least a more helpful, customer-friendly approach. At least they provided the hex nut model, though (M8, if anybody is interested). In summary, this shopping trolley had every potential to be a very good product for its price, but it, unfortunately, disappointed us tremendously with its lack of quality and design in its wheel system.

A wonderful product that makes shopping really easy! A year on though, one of the top zip fasteners has broken but the other one (yes there are two) is still working fine. I'll get another one of these with no problem if the other zip fastener breaks!

Not as great as I thought it would be for the price. It does get up and down stairs, but if you are using it to push it forward it doesn’t like any bumps or anything like that in front of the wheels. You don’t want to be pushing it forward on uneven surfaces. And it’s very noisy when it’s empty. But if you are just using for light users you will be fine. I primarily bought it as we live far away from town. And thought it would help with the heavier items rather than having to carry many bags on and off the buses. It does get up to a certain amount but at the price I paid for it I was expecting more. But. If you like it for short walks it will work out great on smooth surfaces. If anyone out there knows of a good all terrain shopping trolley that would work better. Please let me know. Not the garden one’s. As we have a long walk to and from the bus stop.

Absolutely love the wheels! So easy to go up & down kerbs & steps!

This thing is really amazing. My only complaint, and this thing was not built for it, was moving some heavy duty stuff. The thin aluminum string in the back bent a bit. But still works like a charm.

Ein wirklich schöner Einkaufstrolly, absolut wasserdicht und sehr geräumig, lässt sich leicht ziehen und gut über Treppen bewegen, eine wirkliche Kaufempfehlung..
