I bought this product and it works great so far. You do one click (or three depending on the timer you want), and it just starts working. For such a powerful, really large cleaner, it's a no-brainer. I use this for my VR headset, the usual phone, and my wallet when I come from work and want to keep my kids safe. Highly recommend this product.

For the UV light to work you have to zip the box all the way closed and the zipper pull magnetically connects. When you press the power button there’s nothing under it supporting the button. After six uses, the power button shifted and you can’t support it to turn it on because you have to zip it all the way closed and therefore you can’t use the cleaner any longer. It is going in the trash.

Hardly used literally fell apart inner top fell off ai pushed it back and worked a few more times then the on off switch felt like a weird click and it doesn’t work at all . Past the return window on it but seller issued me a refund so upgraded my review . Good customer service.

Worked great! Has a nifty little magnetic zipper that automatically shuts the product off if like a baby or dog were to accidentally knock it over too, which I like for safety. Big enough for a couple phones at once. Bought one for my elderly parents as they are very germophobic, and they love it too.

I received an obviously used and broken item. AmazonAccepting return and replace we will see. But inconvenience of having to return a used item sold as new that doesn't even work. Unacceptable.Update:They sent a new out right away and that one lasted about a three or four uses and stopped working. Look for something else.

Easy to use , large enough for 2 phones or assorted items .Tho is there seems to be an issue with the wiring, it will tell me it's powered by the on button turning blue but setting the timer periodically flashes on then nothing instead of allowing me to set time and countdown till the uvc cycle doing its thing. Could just be a faulty unit 🤔

I saw this but did not pay attention until I saw the same thing on a the website where I buy CPAP gear for three times the price. I have used it for a month or so. I can tell it is effective because the apneas are lower that with the manual washing alternative.

this item never worked out off the box. I suspected it wasn't workings I put a small wireless camera inside to see if the UV lights went on and they never did. The timer worked but that's all.I attempted to contact the seller through Amazon but never received a response.
