This item comes as the image shows - the phone case alone. I was wondering if the thread and/or a pattern would come with the case, but they do not. I am not dissatisfied with the purchase - just not as over-the-top thrilled with it.

It fits perfectly on my iphone 6+, love it. The quality is good.
