I have a mobile repair service company; I have installed both the OEM and these from Amazon and the Amazon are great quality and work just as the OEM ones do. All the ones I stock on my service trucks are from Amazon now.

Bobcat skidsteer S185 (newer model of 773). Constantly had fuel starvation issue when the original BC part fuel pickup tube sucked up 'something' in the tank and caused the engine to die. Wait a minute, restart, and engine would continue running until the pick-up tube once again sucked up whatever was in the tank and shut down again...could be 5 min later or 3 hours later...very intermittent. Bought this part because it had a screen on the end which would prevent fuel starvation if the 'whatever it is' in the tank got sucked up. I didn't use the provided clamps. They wouldn't fit through the hole in the tank once installed. I used thin gauge wire wrapped around the hose and twisted the ends to cinch the hose at both ends. Length of tube is perfect for an S185 fuel tank. Everything installed through the tank hole. Ran the S185 for over an hour since with no fuel starvation issue. Perfect solution for my problem, high quality and great price.

Little tip. On ship it with 1 clamp. The one on the nipple isn’t even used at the factory and if you used that clamp on the fitting you’ll never get the grommet in. This job is terrible. But this is a nice quality kit. I don’t for-see and problems

It seems every supplier sells this same setup & claims it fits all different models. Well considering the fuel tank on my bobcat skid steer 553 is 20” deep from top to bottom. This brand & many others come with a 12” fuel hose which puts you halfway down in your fuel tank. So that means you will run out of fuel with half a tank left. It will be best to just buy the end filter & go to your local auto parts store & buy the hose. I stopped at Oreillys & bought the 24” fuel hose for $6 & used the filter from this kit. Now i have a 12” straw for my yeti I guess as its definitely not a fit for use on my bobcat.

I read a few reviews that were critical of this particular product, one with the size of the clamps, and the other than length of the hose. It looks like the company rectified both those issues. This thing fit like a glove and works perfectly..... extremely happy with it, and would recommend...
