Likely the "A" or "B" would work for her. The "C" size is about 2.5 - 3" from base to "nipple" tip. So depending on how much of her breast tissue was removed as long as you stay under "C" it shouldn't look "un-natural" (size wise). Sorry to hear about your daughters misfortune.
