LOVE IT!
Absolutely love this book! Diana has a way of speaking to your heart so matter of factly.. it feels like you are just chit-chatting with a girlfriend! The workouts are awesome and I love the weekly devotions. Highly recommend this book to help kick off a year of healthy success and encouragement! Thank you Diana!!

This is exactly what I need!
Some times I suffer from a lack of motivation, and this book has encouraged me, motivated me, and inspired me when I need it most. And when I can't make it to the box to work out, I now have an arsenal of home workouts to pull from.

Love this book!! It's inspiring and encouraging! It will help you get fit spiritually and physically. The devotionals are not very long so they are great for people who are super busy. The workouts are a great bonus! : )
