I bought both the mixed brown and the burgundy color. The burgundy is my favorite; it is thicker and a tad longer than the exact same wig in mixed brown although both are great. I am pictured wearing the burgundy/reddish brown colored wig.Cons:1. If you have a larger head like me, the wig is uncomfortable securing it in the back with its velcro straps. You can fix this issue by ordering cloth headbands with a higher coverage area - the velcro straps can be tucked into the headbands you purchase or you can rig up another solution for the velcro straps.2. The hair gets tangled in the velcro straps at the nape and it would not budge when I tried to untangle it.3. The hair tangles easily so a wide toothed comb and some sort of anti-static remedy are needed (I used a light dry oil spray and gently brush from bottom to top.)Pros:1. Easy for beginners. I gave myself a buzz cut to get rid of bleach damage and wanted something easy to wear to work and for going out. This wig can be put on and ready to go in 5-10 minutes for the beginner.2. It comes with 2 wig caps which is nice.3. Both wigs I ordered from this company came with cute headbands that were randomly chosen by the company. I elected to buy my own fuller coverage headbands.4. I got a gazillion compliments from men. I am comfortable in my own skin but men treat me way differently with flowing locks like this wig provides.5. Instant confidence booster. The hair on these wigs looks pretty realistic. It’s not too shiny and the waves are perfect. When you are down on yourself about your hair’s appearance, throwing this wig on instantly creates a better vibe.6. I can wear these wigs in a low ponytail in addition to down and loose. I have to make sure the nape area is covered due to the strap issues in the cons list. But a low ponytail is possible with this wig and that is a great fall back style.7. Looks great from behind. I really wanted to love it, but the quality just isn't there. As soon as I tried it on and the hair fell and kind of parted, this big highlighted chunk of short hair just stuck right up. When I took it off to look closer I saw even more pieces that looked like they were chopped off in chunks an inch or two from the scalp. The way they're cut off and the length just make it scream fake hair. I will say it was super thick and the hair was very soft.I contacted Sapphire Wigs and they did a good job of getting back to me quickly. I figured it was just a one off sorta defect and they told me to return it and get a new one. Well, the new one was even worse. There were way more chunks of short hair cut short and sticking out. I know it is an inexpensive piece and I wasn't expecting perfection but it just won't work for me like this. I think it would be less noticeable in a solid color but it looks terrible with the highlights sticking out on top.UPDATE...Their customer service was quick to respond to my message about the second wig and they did a great job of hearing me out and making it right. I ended up trying to make it work by cutting off the obvious short chunks of hair and thinning it out a bit (it is one THICK wig). The fibers were easy to work with and stayed super soft after washing. I used thinning shears to take some of the bulk out. I also focused on thinning out the highlighted pieces so they blended in a bit better. It looks a lot more natural now to me but it did take a lot of work. I was so impressed by their customer service actually caring that I might have to buy their curly wig and see what I can do with it. The price is fair and the fibers are fantastic. I just wish they had a solid dark brown instead of just the brown mix.

I bought 4 of these in platinum grey, black, mix brown and red. The ad says you get 2 headbands with each wig (so 8 in total) but I only got 5. Some headbands were deluxe quality, some were dollar-store grade. Each came with a package of 2 wig caps as well. They came well packaged, double bagged, with a net covering the wig to keep it in shape. The inner bag is clear and holds the wig, the outer bag is a thick plastic to keep the wig safe. Very happy with packaging. The wig itself is of good quality, the netting is average quality and the hair itself doesn't look overly fake or shiny. They are very thick. The curls aren't overly fake looking, they are a soft beach wave. Similar to when I curl my real hair and brush it out. Had a strong smell when I opened the bags, and one of the wigs looked to have been worn before, but maybe just for QA as the packaging seemed intact. There are a few pieces in the back that are short and stick up, but it looks like the ends of the weft, and can be trimmed. Disappointed about the headbands, but the wigs themselves are great. I will likely buy again.

I bought the red highlighted wig and was disappointed by the coloring. The highlights are chunky a la 2010, not blended into the rest of the hair. I will need to take a permanent marker and add some shading to blend them in. The highlights are also not at all red, which is the color I ordered. I buy wigs within the same color family to maintain a consistent aesthetic, and this will need a lot of work to be wearable for me. The color is closer to a dark orange, like a #33. The sizing is also odd, with the circumference tight around my head but the inside of the wig being much larger, like a cinched balloon. This means it doesn’t feel secure on my head when the hair is up in a bun or ponytail. With that said, the only plus side is the fibre quality. It looks and feels like healthy, real hair. It turns out this seller doesn’t accept returns because the item ships from outside Canada, so I cannot return it. For this price I’m not devastated but definitely disappointed.

This is great it looks very natural. It does fit a little big I need to use a wig grip with it. It's very dense and long I may thin it out some but overall I am so happy to have this and for the price it feels perfect.

I wanted economic alternative hair that I could dedicate specifically to a tied-up messy bun, and came across a video on these headband wigs by respected wig reviewer/educator Denise Sheets. I bought a natural brown and a darker, highlighted brown and both colors are lush. I'm pleased with the soft hair texture and density. The wigs can be worn down or up with a wide convertible gaiter/headband, and versatile enough to leave long or to modify by thinning/cutting as needed. I haven't had them long enough to attest to their durability but don't care because at this price I won't mind replacing with repeat purchases.

I enjoy wearing wigs and this one is thick!!Length is long I’m 5’3” and it is half way down my back. The fibres are soft and do not tangle as much as my synthetic wigs.Due to the amount of hair when I tie it up the weight of the hair pulls so my high ponytail falls down.With the adjustable tabs in the wig allow for tightening on my head, the circumference of my head is 21 3/4 inches and this fits well
