Something to keep in mind: once you open a jug this large, you’ll want to refrigerate it or portion it out into smaller bottles. I love using Chinese Sausage for many of my meals. It has a great flavor and goes perfectly with Fried Rice and other dishes. The taste is slightly sweet and savory, which makes the rice and vegetables taste even better.

The price was unbelievable! Ordered this huge bottle at a mega savings compared to purchasing at the local grocery store, which has never had large enough bottles. Kikkoman is the king of all soy sauces. It's reputation is stellar, and it has never been a disappointment! Superb quality control!

Although a minor leakage problem in the plastic container occurred, most of the product was retained, and gratefully appreciated.
